StillWest Brewery & Grill crafts its ales and lagers on a 10 barrel brewhouse with seven fermentation tanks and 10 serving tanks. Flowing into StillWest’s tasting room year-round are flagship beers that include a Pilsner, Mexican Lager, Hefeweizen, Red Ale, & Hazy IPA. Our remaining five taps will rotate often with seasonal beers, so there will always be something fresh and new to try when you stop in.

~ Easy Drinkin' ~

Shake, Radler, and Roll - Grapefruit Radler • 3.5% ABV • $7 • A low-octane lager that is mixed with fresh grapefruit puree makes this beverage perfect for all occasions. In Bavaria, the Radler was considered the original thirst quencher. How will you enjoy this refreshing concoction? Either in a pint glass or as a cocktail mixer, you are sure to be thirsty no longer.

Una Más - Mexican Lager • 5.0% ABV • $7 • Our staff at StillWest loves a good Mexican Lager…so we brewed our own. Our light and crisp interpretation is brewed with malted barley and flaked maize with aromas of orange blossom and your favorite beach. StillWest Mexican Lager will leave you wanting another and another.

May The Pils Be With You - Pilsner • 5.5% ABV • $7 • This pilsner has notes of toasted biscuit and earthy tones from noble hops. Perfect for those cantina discussions of “who shot first?”. The Pils is strong with this one. 

Honeybee - Honey Basil Kölsch • 5.5% ABV • $8 • An old classic from our head brewer Mikey’s homebrewing days. This cold-fermented German-style ale uses a healthy portion of Italian basil and local honey from Idaho Falls in the brewing process to make a balanced and refreshing beer. She’s my Honeybee…I’d never thought I’d harvest a love so free!

Hucklebuck - Mountain Berry Wheat Ale • 5.0% ABV • $8 • A light base wheat ale with a heavy load of huckleberries and blueberries make this a beer you should know. Refreshing and exceptionally fruity! Wiggle like a snake, waddle like a duck, that’s what you do when you do the Hucklebuck.

NZ State of Mind - New Zealand Pilsner • 5.8% ABV • $8 • Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Melvin Brewing! We took light-body beer using only German malts and added a ridiculous amount of hops from New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron gives this beer a bright characteristic of tropical fruits, white wine, and lime zest. 

A River’s Invitation - Pale Ale • 6.0% ABV • $8 • Whether you are floating the river, casting for fish, or both this pale ale will quench your thirst. A slight malt backbone and heavy dry hop of Mosaic and Chinook gives it a balance of stone fruit, citrus, and pine. This beer is brewed in collaboration with the Snake Rive Fund and $1 from every pint sold goes to them! After one (or a few) speak to the river and see if it speaks back to you.

Cosmic Nebula - Hazy IPA • 7.2% ABV • $8 • This hazy IPA has a generous amount of Strata and Eclipse hops that give this beer a supernova explosion of passion fruit, peach, and grapefruit. A soft and pillowy mouthfeel will make your taste buds seem like they are floating in zero gravity.

Black Dog - Black IPA • 7.8% ABV • $8 • An IPA dark in color but don’t be fooled, it packs a hoppy punch of pine and stone fruits. Chinook, Mosaic, and Simcoe were used along with a touch of roasted malts that’s gonna make you sweat, gonna make you groove.

Brilliant Disguise - Dark Mexican Lager • 5.0% ABV • $7 •  We took our exact Mexican Lager recipe and added a touch of chocolate malt to create a rich “negra” version. Amber in color, this slightly malty beer is still light and crisp with a hint of cocoa. Get lost in the darkness of this beer.

StillFest - Oktoberfest Lager • 5.0% ABV • $7 - 0.5L stein • It’s the most wonderful (beer) time of year! Our Oktoberfest is back and is rich with toffee and caramel notes that goes down easy. Served in either a half or full liter stein. Prost to all with a beer in hand!

Scarlet Begonias - Red Ale • 5.8% ABV • $7 • Malt forward with rich caramel and biscuit flavors makes this ale perfect for drinking in not a chill to the Winter but a nip to the air. She wore scarlet begonias tucked into her curls, I knew right away she was not like other beers.
